Not just an average 200-hour certified yoga teacher… With my primary education being in Ayurveda, I come with the knowledge and practice of the 8 limbs of yoga on the mat and off the mat. Narsi Tanjua, the head of the All India Institute of Ayurveda said, “Ayurveda and Yoga are two sides of the same coin. Yoga is the spiritual face of Ayurveda and Ayurveda is the physical face of yoga.”

One of my greatest joys is teaching students to practice yoga in between their time on the mat via the 8 limbs of yoga. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “Yuj or yoke” which translates to “unite”. The purpose of yoga is to unite the mind, body, and spirit through asanas which means “seated awareness”.

Running a private or group class through a proper flow of pranayama (Breathwork), meditation, and asanas is definitely one of my most dharma-like moments. If you’d like any teachings about yoga in person or on zoom, don’t hesitate to reach out. I am also very flexible, pun intended, to join groups on trips as your own private yoga, meditation, and wellness director. I love working with others as a team, so collaborators please reach out to me also!
